1. Improvements: When i telephone for an appointment it would be good to be in a 'qwerty' straight away and let me know here I am in the queue. 2. Good care: He always explains exactly what the tablet is why he is giving it to me an dhow he expect the treatment to pan out over the weeks. This has been true when I have had depression and with my thyroid problems. Overall - first rate.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The Dr always discusses my options with requests to treatment and provides me with information about medication or condition. I have always been impressed with the speed of any hospital referrals that I have needed and really appreciate all the surgery has done for me and my health!

This is a model GP Surgery upon which others should be based. You can always get a same day appointment and you can easily book others online in advance. The decor is modern and pleasant and I never seem to have to wait long. There is a TV with Public Service info plus leaflets for every ailment. Reception staff are helpful. They immediately email your prescription to the local pharmacy so it's ready for collection. The Doctors are caring and professional and you get enough time to discuss your ailments. I've been going to this practice for 9 years and it just gets better and better!
